In EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case, a postdoctoral research associate needed North America Immigration Law Group’s help to file an I-140 petition (the first portion of the two-step green card process). The USCIS spent a little over three months reviewing the case before they granted their approval.

Our client has published 6 scientific papers that have collected 41 citations, and has much experience developing low power electronic and optoelectronic nanoscale devices, as well as models essential for the next generation of information processing schemes and devices. His work has offered many other scientists important insights regarding the field of nanoscience, and benefits major American industries that implement advanced technologies, including the computer industry.

Our client obtained an M.Sc. from a university in his birth country of Nepal, whereas his doctoral degree was earned from an American institution.
