Case Summary:

A postdoctoral research fellow from China approached North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition for him.

With advanced degrees in hydrology and water resources engineering, multiple publications (26 peer-reviewed journal articles, 2 book chapters, 2 technical reports, 1 suite of training materials, and 4 conference papers), and 160 citations to his work, our client had strong credentials to file his case under the EB-2 NIW visa category. To further fortify our presentation to the USCIS, we urged our client to coordinate with potential recommenders and ask them for testimonials.
