This EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case involved a postdoctoral associate active in the field of cell biology and super-resolution microscopy. He enlisted the help of North America Immigration Law Group to help him obtain a green card.

Our client’s work in the field of cell biology and super-resolution microscopy has led him to conduct research on nuclear protein trafficking and development of novel super-resolution single molecule imaging techniques. We demonstrated that his findings directly contribute to public health in the United States, and that other researchers with similar qualifications are unable to mirror his success.
