Case Summary:

A gifted postdoctoral research associate from Bangladesh contracted North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him get closer to a green card. The first step our legal team took was to carefully evaluate our client’s credentials to determine which visa category he qualified for. Based on the information we gathered, we concluded that he possessed the credentials needed to file his green card case under EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). If [Client] is not allowed to continue his work in the U.S., we will lose crucial expertise to accurately predict and manage groundwater contaminations.”
