Our team recently secured an EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) approval for a highly accomplished oceanography researcher who holds a Ph.D. in Resources Engineering and specializes in ocean color remote sensing and water quality modeling. NAILG prepared a detailed petition demonstrating that the client’s proposed endeavor has substantial merit and national importance and that the client is well-positioned to advance this work in the United States, leading to I-140 NIW approval.
