Case Summary:
On 12/05/2012, we at Chen Immigration Law Associates received approval of an EB-2 NIW advanced degree professional for a client who is working as a Pharmacist but used to be pharmaceutical researcher. We presented our clients as an expert of the development of several new generic drug formulations, as well as the determination of proper drug administration and dosage for various commonly used drugs.
