Case Summary:

Recently at Chen Immigration we received a National Interest Waiver approval for a client from Russia. This client is an assistant research professor working the field of atmospheric chemistry and environmental chemistry. Her work has focused primarily on the speciation and characterization of organic aerosols in the atmosphere as well as the analysis of biofuel feedstocks and bioproducts. In order to ensure the success of this case, we submitted extensive documentation of the client’s highly significant contributions to her field. Our client’s work has resulted in at least 19 peer-reviewed scientific articles (4 of them first-authored) published in leading journals in the field, and one encyclopedia article. Furthermore, her publications have been cited at least 401 times by researchers all around the world from prestigious institutions. Additionally, our firm drafted and submitted several recommendation letters from experts in our client’s shared field.
