Case Summary:

Recently at Chen Immigration Law Associates we received a National Interest Waiver approval for a client from Poland. This client is a postdoctoral research associate specializing in the field of immunobiology. His work focuses on the study of endometriosis, an estrogen-dependent disease that affects at least 10% of all women at reproductive age and is the most common reason for infertility. His studies have contributed to an increased understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease, and have led to enhanced diagnostic capabilities. In order to ensure the success of this case, we submitted extensive documentation of the client’s highly significant contributions to the field of immunobiology. Our client’s work has resulted in at least 8 peer-reviewed scientific articles published in leading journals in the field, as well as 6 conferences and symposia. Furthermore, his publications have been cited at least 60 times by researchers all around the world from prestigious institutions. Additionally, our firm drafted and submitted several recommendation letters from experts in our client’s shared field. One of the leading researchers stated, “I believe that [the Petitioner's] track record of achievement and research success position him well to continue his advanced research endeavors in the future.” With the strong petition letter and recommendation letters we prepared, our client’s NIW case was approved without RFE.
