We are pleased to share the approval of an I-140 National Interest Waiver petition for a client with a PhD in pharmacy and expertise in biomedical science. The client’s proposed endeavor focuses on utilizing state-of-the-art genetic, molecular biology, and epigenetic techniques to determine drug resistance mechanisms in cancer cells. Through this work, the client aims to develop strategies for novel treatment targets that may help overcome cancer drug resistance and improve treatment outcomes.
The petition demonstrated the national importance of the client’s work by connecting the proposed endeavor to the need for more effective cancer therapies.
