Case Summary:

Another exceptional client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.comhad the pleasure of working with was a Postdoctoral Researcher from Bulgaria working in the field of physics.  His work had most recently focused specifically on improved sensors for atomic magnetometers, atomic clocks and gyroscopes, as well as state-of-the-art low-cost Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners and explosive-device detectors. We demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would not only benefit those in his field, but the citizens of the United States at large. To achieve success in this case, we submitted extensive documentation proving our client’s highly significant contributions to the field of physics, including at least 15 peer-reviewed journal articles, as well as numerous conference papers. His publications had been cited at least 218 times at the time of case filing.  Of his accomplishments, one of his independent recommenders remarked, “[His] exceptional work developing improved atomic magnetometers and atomic clocks is allowing for the wide dispersal of its practical use.  Areas of interest are the national government, military, and an area I have a vested and personal involvement in: the magnetic resonance imaging.  [His] work to improve modern Magnetic Resonance Imaging techniques is important for the future of medicine, science, and physics alike.”  Through extensive documentation, we were still able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW application was approved just 15 days after we responded to the RFE.
