We are pleased to share the success story of an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) approval granted to a mechanical engineering expert whose research is driving innovation in modeling engineering. These works have been cited 89 times according to Google Scholar, highlighting their influence in the engineering community. In addition, his expertise is recognized through at least 50 completed reviews for scholarly journals, demonstrating trust in his ability to evaluate advanced research in the field.

We further strengthened the case by highlighting his receipt of significant funding support for his research, which underscored both the scientific and practical relevance of his contributions. These funding sources served as strong evidence of the value and potential of his work in advancing the field.

 Although the petition faced a Request for Evidence (RFE), we successfully addressed all concerns by demonstrating how his proposed endeavor directly serves the U.S. national interest. We emphasized that his modeling and predictive maintenance technologies have far-reaching benefits for manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and competitiveness, directly supporting the nation’s technological and economic growth.
