Cameron Pardon obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2013, and he is a member of the Washington State and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Since first participating in an immigration clinic in law school, Mr. Pardon has had a strong interest in immigration law. Mr. Pardon has represented clients in all areas of immigration, including family-based, employment-based, adjustment of status, immigrant visa processing, naturalization, removal defense, asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, and nonimmigrant visas.
Mr. Pardon is the co-author of the Washington State Bar Association’s 2022 legal deskbook chapter on immigration issues in family law. Additionally, Mr. Pardon was a volunteer attorney with the King County Bar Association in Seattle, WA since 2019, and he has participated in urgent legal programs like the 2021 program to request humanitarian parole for Afghan citizens.
Mr. Pardon’s focus is currently on I‑485 adjustment of status applications, but he utilizes his experience in other areas to spot potential issues and craft solutions for his clients. His main priority is to see that each client is given the attentive representation that allows for a reduced-stress experience as clients successfully transition to permanent residents of the United States.
Client’s Testimonial: "Chen immigration has very strong pre-evaluation and is well-experienced in petition preparation. As long as we coordinate with them well, we can get work done on time, and it's guaranteed work. Thank you, Cameron Pardon, and the team who handled my case."
Client’s Testimonial: "The entire process from I‑140 to I‑485 was extremely well-guided and smooth. My assigned attorney, Mr. Cameron P, was always available for all my questions and concerns. Late in March 2023, the USCIS changed their I‑485 filing rules to be based on "final action date" for those who will file starting from 04/01/2023. My attorney promptly provided me with the advice to file as soon as possible without the medical exam initially to make sure my greencard does not get delayed. This was a nice gesture and he was not to be blamed if I got delayed since it was a 7 days notice, but this saved me >1 year of waiting- that's not it! Later on, I made a mistake by answering an RFE to the USCIS by my own without reading the full request or notifying the attorney to review before responding. I found out later that any missing parts of the response may lead to denial of the whole application and my wife being deported since her visa expired. I informed the attorney, and in a very quick, diagnostic and accurate advice he provided me with a full plan to execute to fix the issue. He guided us to resources that could also potentially help and simplified the process for us by preparing the communication with these officials. Mr. Cameron P also made a call on our behalf understanding the pressure on us as a family expecting a baby in the same month. He made himself available to address my concerns even after his working hours and followed up on everything so quick. He answered my theoretical questions for every possible scenario in detail. Mr. Cameron's professionalism, as a representative of the firm, made a huge impact on my and my family's life. We all received our greencards. I was impressed by the work done with Chen and I will definitely recommend them to everyone else I know- and they're a lot!"

He is committed to delivering legal support rooted in clear communication, genuine respect for the stories behind every petition, and a true desire for more immigrants to call the US their home.
Client’s Testimonial: "I worked with Chen Immigration for my EB2-NIW petition, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service and how responsive and detailed-oriented my attorney (Jason E.) was. It's not just about getting a direct approval (which I am very happy for), but the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They even helped me realize the "gold" I was sitting on in my profile; things I didn't even know were important or relevant. I'm really grateful they made my U.S. immigration journey so easy and stress-free. Next up: Adjustment of Status (I‑485)… and yep, I'm sticking with them again haha."
Client’s Testimonial: "I had a very good experience working with WeGreen on my NIW case. I filed with PP and received approval within a month. Jason was extremely helpful in preparing my petition letter, I barely had to make any changes. It took some time to review my exhibit list and finalize the filing, but overall the process was straightforward and well organized. I would be happy to work with them again in the future if I qualify for EB1!"

Mateus Alves earned his Master of Laws degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Pontifical University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and has been a member since 2025.
Immigration law is more than a practice area for me; it is a personal journey. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced significant delays in my own green card process. Rather than waiting, I applied my legal training to the situation—I prepared all of my own documentation and successfully sued the U.S. government to secure my visa interview at the Brazil Consulate. That experience transformed my career. It gave me a firsthand understanding of the complexities, anxieties, and procedural hurdles that immigrants face every day. Today, as an attorney licensed in Texas, I combine that lived experience with the rigorous legal education I received at Southern Methodist University. My practice is defined by the same tenacity and meticulous attention to detail I used to resolve my own case. I am committed to guiding my clients through the complexities of the immigration system with both the professional expertise they require and the empathy they deserve.
