EMPLOYER LEGAL SERVICES
O‑1 representation
for your organization.
Review the candidate, the position, and the petitioner arrangement together. Our attorneys assess O‑1 eligibility and the evidence needed to prepare the petition.
01 / O‑1 PETITIONS
A petition grounded in the candidate’s achievements.
O‑1 has no annual numerical cap or lottery. Eligibility depends on the individual’s record and proposed work; a degree or job offer alone is not sufficient.
Read the O‑1 eligibility guideWhat we assess
- The candidate’s achievements and supporting evidence.
- The U.S. position, duties, and employment terms.
- The employer or agent petitioner structure.
- Current immigration status and the proposed start date.
Preparation and filing: within three weeks of receiving the required documents, with the checklist and case-specific schedule confirmed at engagement.
Understand filing and premium processing timelinesPlanning for several candidates?
Include the number of candidates, their proposed roles, and relevant deadlines in your inquiry. Our attorneys can assess each candidate’s circumstances and discuss preparation priorities with your organization.
02 / AGENT PETITIONER ARRANGEMENTS
An option when the company prefers not to petition directly.
For qualifying arrangements, we can coordinate O‑1 sponsorship through a U.S. partner agent. Our firm prepares the legal filing; the agent serves as petitioner.
Your organization still has a role.
The company confirms the position and employment terms, signs the relevant agreement, and provides supporting information. We review the proposed arrangement and required documentation before proceeding.

A longer-term option for research employers.
Alongside O‑1 planning, we can assess employer-sponsored EB‑1B for qualifying outstanding professors and researchers. Eligibility depends on the researcher’s record, the offered position, and the employer’s qualifications.

Understand the scope before proceeding.
The written engagement agreement defines services, fees, responsibilities, and any applicable program terms.
Approval or Refund® / Approval or Refiling™
For eligible cases, the applicable agreed program provides a full attorney-fee refund or refiling at no additional attorney fee if the petition is not approved. Eligibility and terms are set out in the engagement agreement.
