Chen's team are very professional. My EB1A case was approved with their conditional approval or refund service. Once I had 10 peer reviews, my case was upgraded to approval or refund.

They carefully replied all my questions in a timely manner. They helped with all reference letters. Because my most cited paper was not first authored. They also helped with my first author contribution letter. The petition letter they drafted for me was super organized. They mapped my citations on a World map. They arranged the 280 pages materials in such a way that it took a layman 15 min to 20 min to figure out the argument and the supporting evidences. So it only took the IO a month to send us RFE after my package was submitted. After that, they took care of the RFE response letter without additional charge. The IO asked for more evidence regarding the applications of my research. Specifically, they drafted anther 3 reference letters for my RFE. They prepared a beautiful RFE response letter elaborately discussed around 16 of my most significant citations. In the REF response letter, I was compared with professors or industrial scientists in regard of my citation number and contribution. Excellent team, very experienced and organized. The main NIW package that they provide at the beginning of a process is extremely helpful to make things easy and straightforward. This is especially important if you take into account the overwhelming paperwork which one needs to do for filing an NIW case. Recently, they have become super busy and a little less responsive however their expertise, service, and understanding of the NIW process are so good that you can ignore it.
