I worked with Chen Immigration for EB2-NIW and I was approved without RFE. When I informed them of my decision to upgrade to premium processing, they told me clearly that there are no downsides of doing premium processing and data doesn't indicate increased chances of RFE as result of premium processing. I know some other big firms make you sign a waiver when you do premium and push you not to go premium.
The package preparation stage was smooth. My attorney did a good job at wiring the petition letter, however attorneys are not the experts of your field so there were some parts that I had to modify to make more sense of the language. I do recommend reading every single line of the petition letter to make the language makes sense for your technical area. The replies to messages were quick which was a big positive. Overall I am happy with my experience with Chen Immigration.
