I began to work with Chen Immigration Law Group to file my I-140 NIW and I-485, together, on Nov 16, 2020. Since my visa was expired, I had only 45 days to submit my case to USCIS. The Chen team worked with me patiently, and very fast to prepare all the documents in only 45 days and both I-140 and I-485 cases were submitted on December 30, 2020!
They followed my case closely and whenever was necessary, they contacted the USCIS. My I-140 was approved on Oct 18, 2022. If the experience, passion, and kind and close collaboration of Chen's team weren't there, my case would not be prepared in such a short time.
