I concurrently submitted my I-140 and I-485 to USCIS in the end of 2018, and I got my I-140 NIW approval in the beginning of August, 2019. The attorneys of Chen Immigration Law Associates know what the potential pitfalls are, so they will meticulously correct all letters that will be submitted to USCIS.
