It was a great pleasure to work with Chen Associates. My I140 under EB2-NIW got accepted after 9 months and one RFE issued. Throughout the whole process, Chen associates showed high professionalism, fast response, efficient and excellent service. Receiving RFE was unexpected and nerve racking, however they have immediately (within a day) came up with a solid, detailed plan (3 pages long) on how we should respond. My I-140 was approved ~3 weeks after we submitted RFE response.

I highly recommend Chen Immigration Office for I-140 petition. They are very professional and responsive (which is quite rare among other law offices). They read my research description very carefully, checked through all the papers and drafted coherent letters. They also answered all my questions in a timely manner. They know how the system works and how to impress the immigration officers who are sitting in the middle of nowhere and know very little about research.
My employer actually contracted with Fragomen to help me with the visa process. Guess what, they asked me to draft the letter, and they didn't edit a single word, asked my recommender to sign it as-is, then told me that I had to wait in queue for a couple of months. So I decided to pay out of pocket to get better service. And switching to Chen was a good decision.
I filed I-140 NIW with 9 papers, >200 citations, 4 recommendation letters (1 dependent, 3 independent with 1 outside of the US).
