I just received my I-140 approval notice. I would like to thank every member of the team of Chen Immigration Law Associates. Frankly speaking, when I contacted them, I, myself was not very confident with my case. I published 10 papers, but only 2 papers have been cited. At that time, total citation numbers were 39, very low. I also only reviewed 2-3 papers. In a word, my case is weak. I am a postdoctoral researcher working in the field of Structural biology and Biochemistry and I have 12 publications with 7 as first author that are published in good journals like Nature Chem Bio and Nucleic Acids Research. I have ~65 citations, One provisional patent filed and a tech transfer agreement with a company, conducted review for ~14 manuscripts, a young scientist award at Johns Hopkins for outstanding contributions, research highlighted independently in several news and media.
I was very much worried to due less number of citations. But, Chen Associates team presented my case very strongly by highlighting several other achievements. They wrote very excellent recommendation letters in their own format and language that I had not choice but to believe in them. They prepared a very strong petition letter. Whenever I had any query or doubt, they responded very quickly and assured me to believe in them. To my surprise, my I-140 was approved in only 14 days without any RFE.
