What a wonderful news just before a long weekend. My I-140 is approved within 5 days under EB1A category. A big thank you to Ms. Chen and her team. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by North America Immigration Law Group for my case.
I signed a contract with them on 27th Feb 2017. We field case on 23rd June 2017. We received the receipt of premium processing on 26th and on 30th June my I-140 was approved.
I think this was possible all because of North immigration law group. They are really professional and always do their job on time according to your contract. I have asked them numerous stupid questions and they have answered me each of them in detailed.
I was really anxious about all process as I was on J1 visa but at the end of the day I have approved I140. The whole process took only 4 months. I was fully satisfied with my petition letter and recommendation letters.

The bottom line is that they get the job done and they are the best in the business. One of the best decision was to engage Victoria and her team. My wife got her EB1A Approval with the help of Ms. Chen and her team.
I have an EB2 Approval from 2010 but we had to evaluate alternate option since the PD has not moved a lot. We got my wife's credentials first evaluated in 2013 through a different lawyer and were told to work on improving the credentials.
With the uncertainty on the future of visas, we decided it was time to revisit the issue. We first contacted Chen Group on 8th March 2017 for free evaluation. We were offered "Refund" package and signed the contract on 15th March 2017. The I-140 package was received by USCIS on 15th June 2017 with premium processing and we received the approval on 29th June 2017. Please keep in mind that they stick to their timeline diligently. We need to work on getting the documentation ready from our side.
The team is highly professional and prompt in responding. I am sure they are working on 100s of cases at any given time but we always felt that we got very highly personalized and prompt service like we are the only case they are working on.
The Recommendation and Petition Letters come across as very simple but there is a strategy in how Chen Associates operates. They understand what is important in the package and they focus on high impact areas.

The decision to go with North AM Immigration law group once I started exploring a green card application was easy, my uncle had used them for his application process and had obtained his green card within 3 months. There was however an initial slight hesitation at the beginning, as I struggled with not having a face to face option with my lawyers and initially looked into a local lawyer in my city who was twice as expensive and as I quickly discovered, was very hard to get a hold off. I happily settled with North AM immigration law group due to their predictable clock wise response to my hundreds of queries and their affordable and fair price (pay half initially and complete after petition is approved).
The initial consultation was free and I was immediately informed how challenging my case will be due to the limited number of publications/citations I had compared to their typical client. But they willingly took up the challenge anyways. And so the journey began. After almost 21 months of several back and forth document drafts, occasional phone calls, several messages/emails, and 2 RFEs, I finally have that green plastic card in my possession. There were several times I wanted to quit, because I sometimes thought the amount of work that had to go into the supporting evidences was excessive or unnecessary (in addition to duties at my job). But I persisted as I was continually egged on by the North Am Immigration law group and boy am I happy I kept going!!!
