i am extremely grateful for all the professional support I received from Chen Immigration team. Applying in EB1A category I knew it was going to be tough, specifically when i had done only 4 peer reviewed. But due to well written recommendation letters and petition by Chen Immigration team, the whole process went smoothly and just within 10 days I received the approval. I recently received by GC after my I-485 approval (took 5 months from the date USCIS received my application). I also had my EB1-A approved through Chen immigration. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend anyone going through the visa process to contact Chen immigration. I previously had another lawyer that I was working with for my EB1-A application. The difference was night and day. As anyone filing EB1-A can understand, it is a very difficult process with several letters, referrals and documents required. Chen immigration's whole team was efficient, thorough and extremely professional. They prepared and filed all my documents in a timely fashion. They are very quick to reply to any questions (almost always in less than 24 hours). I never had a delayed response of delay in filing.
Getting a GC was something that was very important to me. I want to thank the whole team at Chen immigration for everything, not only professionally, but also at a personal level.
