On October 18^th, 2012, we at Chen Immigration Law Associates got another EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver)approval notice for a client who worked in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

It is important to note that this client had not published a significant amount of journals, nor had his research greatly influenced the fields of electrical and computer engineering to date. With this in consideration, our focus spoke predominantly to the work that was being pursued by client, and the importance this work possesses in regards to the future advancements of the field and their underlying significance to the nation. Although the degree of difficulty differs from client to client, in this case we found that heavy support from established professionals both nationally and internationally emphasized the unique skills presented by the client.
