After USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) on April 10th, 2026, North America Immigration Law Group (Chen Immigration Law Associates) prepared a detailed response addressing each concern raised by the officer, reinforcing both the regulatory criteria and the overall merits of the petition.
The RFE questioned whether the evidence established the client's role as a judge of the work of others, the scholarly nature of the client's publications, and whether the research constituted original contributions of major significance.
