Case Summary:

Another exceptional client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the pleasure of working with was a PhD candidate and research assistant from Iran working in the field of bioengineering.  Her work had specifically focused on the areas of artificial intelligence, tissue engineering, and microfluidics. We at North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would not only benefit those in her field, but the citizens of the United States at large. To achieve success in this case, we submitted extensive documentation proving our client’s highly significant contributions to the field of bioengineering, including at least 8 peer-reviewed scientific articles published in leading journals and 14 conference proceedings. Her publications had been cited at least 70 times at the time of case filing.  Of her accomplishments, one of the recommenders remarked: “Due to [client’s] research skills we have been able to effectively learn more about microfluidics, and the specific underpinnings of microchannels and fluid dynamics in biological systems engineering….Her skills and knowledge when it comes to research {and} a new frontier of medicine have been incomparable and extensive. Her contributions to the [University’s] research have been indispensable.” We received an RFE challenging the third prong of NYSDOT.  Through a carefully crafted response accompanied by extensive documentation, we at North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com successfully argued that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. Her NIW application was approved just 4 days after we responded to the RFE.
