On February 4, 2013, we at Chen Immigration Law Associates received another EB1-A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition approval. EB1-A cases require the following criteria to be met: extraordinary ability, continued work in the field of endeavor with substantial prospective benefit and international acclaim of recognized achievements.
