Thanks to Premium Processing (PP), a Chinese scientist only waited 11 days before receiving notification of EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) approval. PP is an add-on option by the USCIS that guarantees action will be taken on the petition within 15 calendar days. All petitioners have to do is pay the USCIS an extra $1,225 and submit Form I-907.
What did the EB1A petition packet contain?
We worked diligently to gather a wealth of information related to our client’s achievements in the field of genetics. By the time we were ready to file her EB1A petition, we had amassed plenty of information such as her citation count, publication record, and peer review experience.
