Case Summary:

A postdoctoral fellow from India working in the field of medicine hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to respond to a Request for Evidence (RFE) issued by the USCIS in relation to his EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition (submitted to the USCIS by another law firm). As soon as he returned the signed contract to us, we immediately got to work. Considering the short amount of time that we had to respond to the RFE, our legal team worked diligently to put together a strong and convincing response.

Our client furnished us with the original petition letter prepared and submitted by his former attorney, and based on that and our client’s credentials, we prepared a response strategy. Amongst other things, our response packet was comprised of an employment letter that contained info on our client’s research and its benefits to the United States. We also incorporated three signed recommendation letters, all of which were contributed by experts in our client’s field of medicine. We helped him select these recommenders and ensured that they were familiar with his work and/or have directly used his findings to progress their own research. We also included a personal statement furnished by our client, who listed the significance of his ongoing work to the country. Once we had everything we needed, we penned a finalized response letter and submitted the comprehensive packet to the USCIS.
