Case Summary:

This client is a research fellow from Nepal with a specialization in nephrology and cannabis-related gastroenterology. Specifically, his research focuses on renal replacement therapy, hemodialysis preparation, fistula and graft placement, and the treatment of cannabinoid hyperemesis. He wished to continue his research on nephrology and cannabis-related gastroenterology, matters of critical importance in regards to the economic maintenance and research support of our nation’s healthcare industry. To ensure successful approval of this case, we submitted extensive documentation of the client’s highly significant contributions to the field of nephrology and gastroenterology, including his authorship of two peer-reviewed scientific articles published in leading journals, seventeen presentations at national and international conferences, and four published abstracts. Additionally, our firm drafted and submitted several recommendation letters from experts in our client’s shared field.
