Case Summary:

In this case, the client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with was a Basic Life Science Research Associate from Spain.  Her work had focused specifically on the development of a deeper understanding of molecular and cellular biology via novel applications of imaging methods including the use of bioluminescence and other non-invasive molecular imaging techniques.  We successfully demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would benefit those in her field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large.
