Case Summary:

The client with whom North American Immigration Law Group was privileged to work in this case was a postdoctoral research associate and sponsored affiliate in aerospace engineering from Japan, whose research focused on space situational awareness. We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit the field of aerospace engineering and the populace of the United States in general. He had produced at least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles, all of them first-authored, and 26 conference papers. These publications had received a total of 83 citations at the time we filed his case, indicating the wide recognition of and reliance upon our client’s work in his field.
