Green card process is tedious and stressful. Its nice to have expert input from Chen immigration services. They not only prepared a strong application, but also promptly answered and followed up on any questions/concerns I had. Thanks again for all your help. I have and will recommend you to all my friends who are seeking green card. Two of my friends have already gotten green card approvals through you.

Case Summary:

The client that North America Immigration Law GroupWeGreened.com had the opportunity to work with in this case was a Postdoctoral Scholar from India. His work has focused specifically on expanding the field’s foundational knowledge of unilateral, or arm, control mechanisms, particularly in reference to the deficits experienced by stroke victims. We successfully demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would benefit those in his field, as well as the citizens of the United States at large. In order for our client’s case to be successful, we submitted extensive documentation proving his highly significant contributions to his field, including 10 peer-reviewed scientific articles and 4 presentations at national and international conferences. His publications had been cited at least 151 times at the time we filed the case; nearly all of the citations were by independent researchers around the world, demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field.  The importance of his work was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[Client’s] results showed conclusively that the dominant arm relied on the optimal control scheme, while the non-dominant arm used a stereotype torque input to initiate movement, which quickly switched to impedance mechanisms.  What is most significant about these findings is the demonstration that the differences in kinematic measures of the dominant and non-dominant arms are not due to distinct control mechanisms, but are instead attributed to differential contributions of optimal and impedance mechanisms to the same hybrid control scheme.”  Through extensive documentation, we were able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience. His NIW petition was approved in 10 months and 2 days.
