Case Summary:

Not long ago, we received an approval notice for an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case involving a respected senior power electronics engineer from Iran. North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) was initially contracted to help him file an NIW petition and after receiving news of his petition approval, he retained our services to help him file I-485 applications (final step towards a green card) for himself and his spouse. We are currently waiting for an optimistic outcome from Texas Service Center.
