Our legal team worked diligently to put together a convincing EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition packet that proved the immense worth of our client’s research to the United States.

Our comprehensive NIW petition dossier documented the 91 citations gathered from our client’s 6 journal articles. It also contained, in part, a copy of our client’s doctoral degree and transcripts, details on his research projects, and five recommendation letters contributed by experts in his field of civil and geotechnical engineering.
