Case Summary:

In this EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) case, a research fellow from Taiwan hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help her attain a green card. Our client’s educational and professional qualifications met the standards put forth to qualify her for the national interest waiver. When we filed the case, she had a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology and had published 8 scientific articles which had gathered an impressive 1581 citations.

Although our client had strong credentials, she needed our legal expertise to enhance her EB-2 NIW petition packet.
