Case Summary:

Exactly 8 months and 5 days after we filed an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition for a postdoctoral fellow from Kenya, the USCIS responded with an approval notice. We are pleased that our meticulous presentation of our client’s various skills and achievements led to case approval. He are some of the things the EB-2 NIW petition packet contained:
