Case Summary:

A research fellow born in Iran approached North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help her file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. She possesses a doctoral degree in environmental engineering as well as various accolades earned from years of working in the field. 4). Perhaps the most important element of our client’s NIW petition involved the presentation of her research. Her work is focused on using energy economy optimization models to analyze the ways in which the various aspects of an energy system interact in a multitude of simulations, in order to drive technology and public policy implementation moving forward. We persuaded the USCIS that her efforts are contributing to the United States’ automotive industry and energy independence with regard to public policy and technology deployment.
