His research achievements include 3 peer-reviewed journal articles (one first-authored), 1 abstract, and 1 granted patent. These works have appeared in leading journals such as Advanced Materials, Cancer Immunology Research, and Scientific Reports. His publications have been cited 130 times, with at least two articles ranked among the top 20 percent most cited in materials science for their years of publication.

In addition, the client has been invited to present his research at respected scientific institutions, further confirming his recognition within the field. His discoveries have been cited by independent researchers in cancer therapy, nanotechnology, and semiconductor-related studies, demonstrating their cross-disciplinary impact and relevance.

NIW Approval and Outlook

The I-140 NIW petition was filed on January 28, 2025. USCIS issued an RFE on March 28, 2025, and the case was approved on August 23, 2025. The RFE response included additional evidence of his publications, citations, patents, and recognition, all of which established that he was well-positioned to continue advancing his proposed endeavor.
