Food safety remains an important public health concern, particularly as contamination can affect consumers and contribute to food waste. Against this backdrop, the client pursued an I-140 EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) based on expertise in food science. The client holds a Pharm.D. and is currently conducting food science research at a U.S. university. The case received a Request for Evidence (RFE) before the I-140 NIW petition was ultimately approved.
