Case Summary:

Another exceptional client that Chen Immigration Law Associates had the pleasure of working with was a Senior Verification and Validation Engineer from Pakistan working in the field of electrical engineering and specializing in power electronics system control. We did not handle his I-140 filing; this client sought our assistance after receiving an RFE. This client wished to seek continued employment in the field of electrical engineering. We at Chen Immigration Law Associates demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would not only benefit those in his field, but the citizens of the United States at large. To achieve success in this case, we submitted extensive documentation proving our client’s highly significant contributions to the field of electrical engineering, including at least 3 publications in peer-reviewed journals, 12 peer-reviewed conference publications, and 8 conference presentations. His NIW application was approved: 4 ½  months after we responded to his RFE.
