Case Summary:

Another exceptional client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the pleasure of working with was an assistant research scientist from Turkey working in the field of electrical and computer engineering.  His research and professional works had directly contributed not only to the fields of electrical and computer engineering, but also to several other industries, such as IT, biomedical, mathematical, and statistical industries. We demonstrated that his continued employment in the field would not only benefit those in his field, but the citizens of the United States at large. To achieve success in this case, we submitted extensive documentation proving our client’s highly significant contributions to the field of electrical and computer engineering, including at least 15 peer-reviewed articles appearing in leading field journals, conference proceedings, and one book chapter. His publications had been cited at least 36 times at the time of case filing.  Although we normally draft 6-8 recommendation letters in support of our clients’ petitions, sometimes the client chooses to proceed without them for a variety of reasons.  In this case, we submitted the client’s petition package without any recommendation letters.  Through extensive documentation, we were still able to successfully argue that our client would serve the national interest to a significantly greater degree than others with similar education and experience.
