I have seen many friends getting RFE because their lawyer made rookie mistakes, like not filling out a form properly, or sending it out single sided where double sided is required, or missing a form out completely. If you do not want to make such mistakes so that it will trigger RFE which will eventually make you wait months, go with NAILG, or V Chen. The best chance for approval, in the fastest possible time. Some even got denial even after having a very good profile, because their attorney did not assemble the case carefully. We submitted my I-140 form in Sep 17 and received the approval notice in Apr 18. During the documents preparation all of my questions were answered on time.
