My experience with North America Immigration Law group for EB1a application has been truly amazing right from the first email I sent to them regarding my case evaluation to getting me the I-140 approval. The entire process was online via a secure client portal. My questions (there were tons!!) were dealt with in a timely manner 100% of the time with the utmost professionalism and patience. No question was left unanswered and nothing was considered silly, which only strengthened my confidence as time went on. The team is very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the changing regulations. I had guidance from them at every point which was very comforting. I am very grateful to Chen Immigration Law Associate for their excellent work for my I-140 approval, which I received ten days ago. The great thing about working with Chen Immigration is the level of expertise they have in putting your scientific background and research experience into a strong petition. They wrote the reference letters exceptionally well and presented the petition letter that highlighted the original contribution of my research the best possible way. At the time of my initial submission, I had 8 publications, a total of 400+ citations, and about 15 reviews done for various Journals. After eleven months, I got an RFE. I was disheartened as I thought I had a strong case. My attorneys never let me feel down and came up with an excellent plan how to respond point by point for addressing the RFE. I am pleased that the strategy they adopted convinced the USCIS officer to approve my EB-1A petition. I am currently working with my attorney on my I-485 application. After learning my experience with Chen immigration, two of my colleagues (One from Taiwan and one from India) are working with them on their petition. I have recommended another colleague of mine (from Japan) to do the same. I will recommend anyone who is interested in a permanent resident application to work with Chen immigration group.

I received my EB1A approval within 8 days after an RFE was requested. I was with the the firm for nearly 1 year and was quite confident since the beginning to have my EB1A approved going by their extreme professionalism, careful reviewing of my materials/letters and seeking appropriate documentation from me that would support my case. My original filing (PP) was very professional and excellent and I did not need to make any significant changes in the petition which looked very impressive.
However after RFE was issued (not entirely because my petition was weak but partly because the adjudicating officer missed and misinterpreted some of the submitted documents), the petition that was prepared in RFE response looked unsatisfactory in contrast to my impressive original petition. I found it to be very generic which did not answer specific questions raised by the adjudicating officer. I had to make significant changes, carefully responding to all the queries of the adjudicating officer case by case. The changed petition was accepted by the firm for submission. My I-140 was approved within 8 days of RFE response submission.
Overall I am extremely happy with their quality of service and professionalism. The strategy I followed to make changes in the RFE response was learnt from the original petition which was prepared by them.
I strongly recommend anyone willing to file EB-1A to approach them as according to me they are the best in the business.
