The North America Immigration Law Group helped me in getting a step closer to get my green card. I was worried in the beginning as my profile was not as strong as some of the approved cases I heard but their reputation in the field speaks for itself. They were very professional from the starting in their guidelines and drafting documents. They always responded in a timely manner. At times, I felt the suggested changes (in the documents/reference letters) were redundant but they give very much attention to fine details (and explained the reasons to me very well) that truly helped my case. I will recommend them 100% for everyones' green card purposes.

I can not be happier because of retaining North America Immigration Law Group for the I-140 NIW, which was approved in almost 4 months without RFEs since we submitted my case to USCIS (I had 94 citations, 4 papers and 6 conferences proceedings in the field of coastal/natural hazards.). They were extremely efficient I soon realized I was in the right hands because their professionalism in building my case with care and diligence. They replied very fast to all the emails/concerns I had during the process.
