I was worried in the beginning as my profile was not as strong as some of the approved cases I heard but their reputation in the field speaks for itself. They were very professional from the starting in their guidelines and drafting documents. They always responded in a timely manner. At times, I felt the suggested changes (in the documents/reference letters) were redundant but they give very much attention to fine details (and explained the reasons to me very well) that truly helped my case. I have a PhD in neuroscience and at the time of filing I had 41 citations, 6 publications (3 of which are the first author), 29 reviewing experience from 10 different journals, some media attention and awards.
