I wanted to sincerely thank the team at North American Immigration Law group for all their help. They are an outstanding group of people and it was a pleasure working with them. I worked with them for both my I140 and I1485 in the EB1A category. Prior to starting the process I had talked to several lawyers. While everyone was ready to take my case, Ms. Chen and her team were the most critical and identified one potential area (number of reviews) that I could improve on to make it stronger. Thus I spent quite a bit of time on it and as a result my I-140 went quite smoothly. They were extremely meticulous while preparing the application package. I was very impressed by their understanding of the research statement that I had provided, which reflected very well in the letters (both application and reference).
Personally for me the process of I485 was long and stressful. Being an Indian the adjudication for EB1 was closed for several months both in 2016 and 2017. Additionally due to this I had received a medical RFE as well. They were always very helpful providing valuable advice, followed up with USCIS when required and applying for my EAD/AP renewal in a timely manner.

Before contacting Chen's group, I had no idea what was involved in the green card petition process. But Chen's group was very patient in answering all my questions, but was also very fast and responded to most of my questions within 24 hours. I also liked that they would provide a free evaluation of your case and provide approval-or-refund service if you met certain criteria.
The Chen group is definitely a lot faster and more reliable and helpful than other law firms that I have personally worked with or heard about from friends. I really appreciate their work on my case, and I would definitely recommend this firm to other people.

I got my I-140 (NIW) approval notification last week. I would like to thank Ms. Victoria Chen and all her legal team @ North America Immigration Law Group for their excellent, professional and very efficient work. My case was approved in less than 90 days without RFE. Without their help, it would not be possible. I will continue to work with Chen Immigration Law associates for my I-485 application.

During this process, there were a couple of times that I was fascinated by their expertise and experience in preparing NIW petitions. As an example, I realized that they checked the number of citations every time that the petition was revised and updated it on the petition by the time of filing the petition. They are also punctual and have a deadline to prepare the recommendation letters, petition and answering questions.

My great appreciation to Chen Law Group. It would have been impossible to go through my NIW case without them. My case was filed on early Nov. 2016 and on May 2017 I've got a RFE response. The RFE was generic requests that asked for the evidences for all three prongs. Basically, it asked to start the whole process all over again but we only had about 3 months to do all that. I was totally in panic at the time because I was using my EAD/AP. But Chen Group helped me greatly through their very professional and prompt ways to deal with such complicated case. They were all very patient answering all my small questions and highly proficient. We had to generate more letters and provide more evidences but Chen Group were highly experiences in choosing the best evidences and best ways to prove my substantial intrinsic merit. My I-140 for NIW got approved nearly a year after filing. I also retained them for my I-485 (concurrently filing) and still waiting for the response but the process was all very smooth and Chen Group were all very good at double checking everything during the process. It was a great experience working with Chen Group and I'll highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone who is seeking to file immigrant petitions. Thank you Chen Group!
