They are incredibly professional with an exquisite eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the process. I contacted the North America Immigration Law Group (NAMILG) for both my EB1A and NIW evaluation. I did my NIW first (with Approval or Refund contract), then a month later, EB1A (without Approval or Refund contract) with premium processing. I received my EB1A I140 approval within 7 days!
I really want to thank the group for their professionalism and patience. I was asking them questions incessantly, and they always reply within 24 hours. They really took time to know my research and build the case around it. Their experience really speaks through their work in answering my questions and writing my letters and preparing my materials. They also kept me well-informed of the USCIS trends and news. Highly recommend their services!
I have also decided to retain them for I485.

I contacted North America Immigration Law Group (NAMILG) for my eb1-A evaluation. I received a favorable evaluation based on my profile for potential eb2-NIW. However, my profile was not strong enough for eb1-A. I was asked to wait for a few more months until my profile gained more strength. Consequently I reached out to them again in 6 months and this time I was recommended for an Approval or Refund contract with Eb1-A application.
From day 1 of contacting NAMILG, through receiving an approval, the attorneys at this group have been cooperative, professional, knowledgeable, creative, involved, and above all, punctual to the deadlines. All my questions have been answered in 24 hrs.
My suggestion to those thinking of applying through NAMILG: Do not worry whether this group will be able to understand your research and create a solid case for you, trust them that they would. I am not in a very common field of research, and I was happy to see NAMILG put in their time to understand my research, its intricacies, and help highlight significant contributions to make the case air tight.
