His research had resulted in 14 journal articles, 1 editorial article, 1 book chapter, 1 panel paper containing guidelines for the treatment of locally advanced lung cancer, and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. The aforementioned publications had been cited 72 times at the time of case filing, clearly demonstrating that researchers in the field of Radiation Oncology rely on our client’s research. In addition to researching and publishing his findings, this client had also reviewed 33 articles and acted as a manuscript reviewer for 25 journals at the time of filing his case.
