Our alien of extraordinary ability (EB1-A) client from India was one of the few leading viral infection experts in microbiology. He had achieved a consistent and notable record of success and influence in this area of study and was especially well-known for conducting an epidemiological investigation on circulating strains of influenza during the 2009 H1N1 pandemic and post-pandemic period. He also received funding to support his research on this project from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention through the Indian Council of Medical Research in India. His extraordinary accomplishments are hence strongly based on his extensive knowledge and experience in the field. This fact was also corroborated by 4 letters of recognition written by experts in support of his work. One of them said:
