With a Ph.D. in Health and Environmental Chemistry and many years of experience conducting research in the field of analytical chemistry, our client was a suitable candidate for EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). His research efforts on the development of novel ligands and chemical components and, more recently, in detecting environmental toxicants like dioxin, have various applications in American environmental science, healthcare, and industry.

We did this by noting his 5 publications that had amassed 20 citations, and included recommendation letters contributed by six other experts in the field.
