A little over 8 months after we filed an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on behalf of a visiting associate professor from Jordan, Nebraska Service Center took action on his case by granting their approval. Our client chose to file I-485 applications for himself and his family while his EB-2 NIW was pending approval and he is currently waiting for a favorable outcome from the USCIS. Once the I-485 applications are approved, our client and his family will obtain their green cards.
Submitting a strong petition:
